  We have always showed up on time for appointments and have always had to wait for an hour or longer for our kids to be seen. I was 15 min late one time and they won't see us because it is a 20 min appt and the dr is already at lunch!?! They are ridiculous! Now taking all 6 of my kids to Ogden Clinic where we are treated in a timely manner and with more respect.

  I have taken my daughter to Wee Care in Roy since my daughter was born. I love Vicki Berger and am so sad my daughter will no longer be seeing her, however I will never return to this facility. I have never been so disrespected in my whole entire life as I was today by their office staff. I had my health insurance agent on a conference call with them to try amicably work out a claim. I was yelled at, called a liar and quite literally she would not let me speak, at all. I asked her to please stop yelling and let me speak as she was being very rude, my words exactly..she continued yelling until I asked her to please hang up so that I could actually talk to my insurance. She then just completely dropped the call without saying anything. The rep from my insurance was even taken back and apologized for WEE CARES customer service! She then suggested I file a Quality of Care and Grievance form against them, which I did. I really hope this location can get some new office staff and that Wee Care will truly take this review to heart... please get someone with actual customer service skills.
