  I am usually not one to post reviews, but this morning my son had cavities filled here. He had a horrible experience! His mother was not allowed in the backroom when the procedure was done, when finished my son was extremely sweaty and it was apparent it was a horrible experience for him. I am still trying to comprehend what happened, and I am feeling terrible for me son. Please steer clear of this place.

  I'm never going to have my kids go to a dentist that doesn't allow me in the back, ever again. My son was strapped down and the doctor drilled his teeth over and over again with no numbing shot! He panicked and when they finally removed the bite block he screamed out please give me a numbing shot please!!! So they did on the other side. Never ever again, Ian is so brave he has been having anxiety for this apt since he found out so we have discussed what to expect at the apt and he knew he was going to get a shot to remove the pain of drilling into his teeth. Just because he is a child doesn't mean he loses his rights. No one should be treated this inhumanely They called and ask about my review and I told them about the experience and they told me they did numb him before working on his mouth and they sent me the documents. I can understand that my son my have been traumatized by this experience as I wasn't slowed back and he was tied down. I have learned that pediatric sedation dentistry puts too much out of our control.

  Working Parent's Beware! They are beyond unprofessional when it comes to scheduling issues with their staff. i sat in their waiting room for 20 minutes before someone came out to say they tried to get ahold of me about rescheduling. That was it. No, let's fit your child in since you're here and we failed to communicate, or, we will call our next few appointments to see if one of them can reschedule. It was just, your appointment doesn't work for us, too bad if it was an inconvenience, get out, we won't be seeing your kid today. It will always be my opinion that your staffing problems are your problems, not your patients problems.
