- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was a new patient and they had an appointment available the next day. I was with my old dentist for 10+ years so changing dentists was not something I was looking forward to. The front desk was very kind. Giving four stars because I felt as though when I gave them my insurance card they didn't believe that it was active? They called my insurance company multiple times to check my eligibility and made it VERY CLEAR that if the insurance didn't pay I would be responsible (which of course I understand). I get it, it's a business and someone has to make their money. My hygienist was wonderful and so was the dentist. I'll be going back for fillings and my six month check up and so will my husband.
